Back in July, we were paid a visit from the man who without, this club wouldn’t even exist. Our Club Founder and Honorary Life President Malcolm Richardson flew in from his home in Germany and came to see us at our 4-4 Brew Cafe at the Argosy Centre.
With a number of committee members and coaches there to greet him, we sat and had a brew while he enlightened us all of the amazing history we have at FC Rangers. Malcolm talked us through some of his fondest memories and was intrigued to hear how much grassroots football has changed in the 50 plus years the club has been running.
Malcolm, although he resides in Germany, still keeps up to date with everything going on via our Facebook page and though regular emails with our Committee. He still supports the club and passes on a massive well done to all involved in the club for all the amazing progress we’ve made.
As a thank you from the Club for his undying support, we presented him with brand new club colours. He can now wear his FC Rangers shirt, jacket, beanie, and scarf while he is cheering us on from Germany.
