A massive well done and thank you to the teams at FC Rangers who took part in a minute silence over the weekend. The tribute was paid towards a young man who had football running through his veins.
At only 12 years old Riley Townsend, from Sutton-in-Ashfield took his own life after struggling in a battle with his mental health, ADHD and Autism.
We were saddened by this, and wanted to pay our tribute to him, in hope that if any of our players ever feel the way Riley did, they know that they have our support.
Please if anyone has any concerns, talk to us. Our Welfare Team are here to help.
