FC Rangers has been working closely with Blackpool Council; Football Foundation; and the Lancashire FA (LFA) to improve our pitches here at Boundary Park.
Funds have been put forward to allow a five year maintenance program, to be carried out on top and in line with Blackpool Council’s normal program.
As a result of this, in early September, we were able to bring in a private contractor to carry out this maintenance which included decompaction and application of fertiliser.
Just this work alone, has already made a positive impact to the surface of our pitches and the players have all noticed the difference.
